Quotes and Contracts: All project quotes will be provided in writing and are valid for 30 days from the date of issue. A signed contract is required before any work will commence. Any changes or additions to the original contract must be approved in writing by both parties.
Payment: Payment is due in full upon completion of the project. Any additional expenses incurred during the project will be discussed with the client prior to the completion of the work. Failure to make payment on time may result in additional fees or legal action.
Warranty: T and G Builder Private Limited offers a 1-year warranty on all workmanship and materials used in the construction or renovation project. Any issues arising from faulty workmanship or materials will be repaired free of charge during the warranty period.
Permits and Regulations: It is the responsibility of the client to obtain any necessary permits and comply with all regulations related to the construction project. T and G Builder Private Limited will not be held liable for any fines or penalties incurred due to the client's failure to comply with regulations.
Insurance: T and G Builder Private Limited is fully insured and carries liability insurance to protect against any accidents or damages that may occur during the construction process.
Termination: Either party may terminate the contract at any time with written notice. In the event of termination, the client will be responsible for payment of all work completed up to the date of termination.
Dispute Resolution: In the event of a dispute, both parties agree to attempt to resolve the issue through mediation or arbitration before pursuing legal action.
